How difficult is it to replace the engine cradle in a 2005 Ford Taurus?

I hit some black ice the other day and smacked a curb pretty good. I replaced pretty much everything under the right wheel well. When I went to get my front end aligned the tech showed me how the lower right side of the engine cradle is bent. How much work is involved in replacing this myself? I'm guessing I would need to have an Engine Hoist but I'm not sure. Anyone out there able to help me out on this?
It's not a do it yourself repair on the ground, you really need to have a lift and jackstands as you said.
