Are these repairs covered under NADN Warranty? (National Automotive Distribution Network) (Guardian Warranty)?

Your place called me saying that my license plate had arrived at the dealership, which made me decide that this would probably be the best time to e-mail you.

After driving the car a couple of days, and putting it up on a hoist, I found some issues I’d like to take care of ASAP, where I could possibly drop off my car if it is a multi-day job when I pick up the license plate. Some major, some minor.

Odometer and Trip Meter Both Do Not Work (Big Problem. Has not moved from original mileage, which makes me question how long that hasn’t been working prior to being sold a car with said mileage.

Battery was never replaced, and is still the green interstate battery that was installed in the vehicle when 2 jump packs were needed to start it.

When Driving at Night, the Gauges/Radio/CD Player Lights dim when Pressing Window Switch. Possibly due to a failing alternator.

Cranking Noise When You Turn The Steering Wheel, most likely a power steering problem. We uncapped the power steering fluid compartment, and it appears green, like anti-freeze/coolant, when power steering fluid is not green.

There is a rattling Noise When Going Over bumps, even small ones, or small potholes. Sounds like some sort of metal. Rattling may be from Alternator’s Heat Shield being loose.

Passenger Side Automatic Window Switch Does Not Work. It can roll up, but can not be rolled down.

Passenger Side Automatic Switches Are not seated properly in the passenger side door panel.

Bottom of Driver and Passenger Side Door Panels Are Loose (That is possibly an Interior issue, though.)

Muffler/Exhaust is not seated properly and is tilted sideways. Muffler/Exhaust May Have a Hole In it. This is what I was told by an in town mechanic, since I do not have a hoist, they used their own.

Sorry about the beginning part. I copied and pasted an email
I just bought this car Monday Evening.

No you got to pay for everything. Because what they going to say that you abuse the cars! good luck

a hoist lifts a car with a total energy input of 6.73 x 10^4 J… - PLEASE, PLEASE help!!!?

….The car gains 2.35 x 10^4 J of gravitational potential energy during the process. What is the efficiency of the hoist?

A. 7.00%
B. 17.5%
C. 25.0%
D. 34.9%

An Internal combustion engine has an efficiency of 20.0%. This engine is used to deliver 6.00 x 10^4 J of work to the rest of the drive train. What is the total energy input?
A. 1.20 x 10^3 J
B. 4.80 x 10^3 J
C. 7.20 x 10^4 J
D. 3.00 x 10^5 J

List the following engine types in order of increasing efficiency
Daimler engine
Newcomen steam engine
Savery engine
Otto engine
Watt steam engine

(2.35*10^4)/(6.73*10^4) *100 = 34.9% Answer D is correct

100/20*(6.00*10^4) = 300,000J = 3*10^5J

Last part of your question:
Sorry you will have to look these up. This is something that does not require any calculation, and is merely reading up references, which you can do yourself
