Is it possible to lift the rear of a boat up with an engine hoist?

I just had it yanked off of the trailer for a re fit and the fabricator said i could use the loops by the stern drive to lift it no problem

You can lift small boats, up to say a 19 footer. but you must use caution. Don’t lift by cleats, a sling under the boat with a spreader bar over the top, is best. Make sure the hoist in well under the back and of at least 1000 lbs cap. also don’t work around the boat until it’s blocked up and the hoist is lowered to let the weight rest on the blocks. If your trying to remove the boat from a trailer, you need to use a different method. Use your best judgment. If your uncomfortable with what you have, don’t attempt. Good Luck!

Can you analize my dream please?

It was about my friend/crush and I. It started out with him sitting in the back seat of his car. I walked up to the car and hoisted my backpack in an attempt to get it over him to the next seat. (He and I sit in his car during break at school. I never have my backpack with me, so maybe it being in my dream is significant. Also, I don’t think we were at school. It looked more like a garage. Well, there were walls anyway.) He smiled and pretended to be scared and then helped me with it. I’m not sure how we got there, but we were suddenly holding hands. Then he pulled me into his lap and put his arm around me and said, "Hi sweety." He was still holding my hand. Now, this is where it gets interesting. The dream kind of stops, but keeps going. Everything goes black, but not like the lights went out, more like an I-can’t-see sort of thing. In the dark, he kisses me. The only sense I was aware of was the feeling in my lips.
It’s interesting because I’ve never been kissed before, so how would I know what it feels like? It was so real, if words could describe it, I would type them. When the blackness went away, I was standing outside the car again, and he patted the space next to him and I sat back in his lap. That’s all I remember. Also, I think I half realized it was a dream, but I forgot a moment later.
Oh, and the whole thing about sitting in his lap wasn’t slutty or anything like that, it was romantic and cuddly.

If the car is left on the hoist lifted in the air in "Drive" and slightly accelerated cause any problems?

If the vehicle is lifted up on the hoist and put in drive, left running with slight acceleration e.g.,60 mph cause any problems to occur in the vehicle? It is left running for testing purposes. The vehicle will be running for appx. 15 hrs.

Not as long as there is someone there to monitor it.
It would be better to drive a vehicle for testing purposes though.

I’m worried about my car what could be the problem?

Today I was on my way home from work. I went up a steep hill then made my way up another steep hill. When I stopped at the stop sign at the bottom of the hills I noticed smoke coming from underneath the hood. I headed on home and when I got home I popped the hood and antifreeze was everywhere around the reservoir. The day before I had put antifreeze in and may have overfilled it. I took it straight to a local Midas and had it checked. They hooked a pressure test up to it and they said it was showing a tiny leak. They hoisted the car up and used a light and looked around and noticed a small leak coming from the timing belt cover. They said it was just a small seepage nothing to worry about. They then put the car back down and let it run for about 20 minutes with the heater running. The car didn’t leak and it ran fine. I’m worried about a blown head gasket but the car isn’t showing any signs of that. I have checked the oil many times but it isn’t milky or anything. The car has great power still and isn’t holding back at all. There’s no steam coming from the tailpipe but there’s water dripping from the tailpipe but it is clear as can be. The mechanic said that’s normal due to condensation. The water pump is less than two years old. I left the mechanic and drove it up more steep hills. I checked it afterwards and had no leaks whatsoever. I also started the car and let it run for a few seconds and took the radiator cap off to check for air bubbles. None. The mechanic said in his professional opinion the head gasket is fine but you never know. I lose no power going up hills I do get a bit of a spark knock though. The spark plugs and wires are also new. I’m not sure what could have caused the antifreeze to go everywhere that one time. I have two ideas. 1. I overfilled the reservoir and when the car heated up it caused the reservoir to overflow or 2. air was trapped in the cooling system and it pushed the antifreeze out of the reservoir. Any help would be great.
Sorry the car is a 2000 Ford Taurus SE

it would appear to me you’re being hyper.
i would also agree with your statement that you just overfilled the coolant container.
there is usually a mark on that container that shows and tells you not to fill past that mark.
head gasket that is blown will usually do one of two things. the anti-freeze will get into a cylinder and then leak into the oil, or will leak out the side of the head where you will be able to see it.
you’ve done the right thing by having a qualified mechanic check it for you.
stop worrying. just keep an eye on it for a couple of weeks.
just because it looks a little low doesn’t mean you NEED to fill it up.
good luck to ya
there is also a product that you can add to the radiator to stop any small leaks, it’s called STOP LEAK, it a combination of fluid and pellets, the fluid act immediately on any leaks and the pellets over time melt to become fluid for future leaks. i’ve used it a few times over the years and found it to be quite effective.
good luck to ya.
make sure that the radiator cap you put back on is on tightly. that cap is pressure sensitive and actually allows the water to go over the boiling point, but because the cap i pressurized the water doesn’t boil over, when the cap is on correctly.
